Bu yap\u0131lar yaln\u0131zca; konut, tar\u0131m veya hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k ama\u00e7l\u0131 olmal\u0131 ve varsa sadece zorunlu m\u00fc\u015ftemilatlarla (depo, ah\u0131r gibi) tamamlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 yap\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde birden fazla ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm olabilir, ancak bu durum yap\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaz. Maddesinde 11.07.2021 tarihinde yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle k\u00f6yde ruhsats\u0131z yap\u0131 yapabilmek i\u00e7in k\u00f6y n\u00fcfusuna kay\u0131tl\u0131 olma ve k\u00f6yde s\u00fcrekli oturanlarca yap\u0131lma kriteri kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu de\u011fi\u015fiklikle birlikte k\u00f6yde oturmayanlar da parselleri di\u011fer kriterleri kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ise k\u00f6yde ruhsats\u0131z ev yapabilir.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da s\u0131ralanan ko\u015fullar\u0131n tamam\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finde birden fazla yap\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131na izin verilmektedir:<\/p>\n<p>a) Parselin Y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc En Az 1500 m\u00b2 Olmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/p>\n<p>Birden fazla yap\u0131 yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in parselin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 1500 m\u00b2\u2019nin \u00fczerinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>b) Parsel Hisseli Olmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/p>\n<p>Parselin tapuda birden fazla malik ad\u0131na kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmas\u0131, yani hisseli olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>c) T\u00fcm Hissedarlar\u0131n Muvafakati Al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/p>\n<p>Birden fazla yap\u0131 yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm hissedarlar\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131 muvafakati al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.
