This article will provide a detailed overview of the basic concepts of commercial and corporate law, disputes in this area, and different types of companies. \u200cIn addition, in order to understand the functioning of the current legal framework, important cases and precedents will be discussed. Joint-stock companies have a structure where the responsibility of shareholders is limited only to the capital they invest. Cases arising within the framework of commercial law include many legal and social dimensions that practitioners and researchers should carefully examine.
