Yarg\u0131tay kararlar\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, hangi durumlarda m\u00fcdahalenin hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve nas\u0131l bir yol izlenmesi gerekti\u011fi \u00f6rneklerle ortaya konulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>BA\u011eIMSIZ B\u00d6L\u00dcMLERDE YAPILAN M\u00dcDAHALELER <\/p>\n<p>Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcmde yap\u0131lan m\u00fcdahalelerin hukuka uygunlu\u011fu, anayap\u0131ya ve ortak tesisata etkisi dikkate al\u0131narak de\u011ferlendirilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Yarg\u0131tay 5.
