(2) Ceza ve g\u00fcvenlik tedbirlerinin infaz\u0131nda zalimane, insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 ve onur k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flarda bulunulamaz. \u0130nfazda temel ama\u00e7 Madde 3- (1) Ceza ve g\u00fcvenlik tedbirlerinin infaz\u0131 ile ula\u015f\u0131lmak istenilen temel ama\u00e7, \u00f6ncelikle genel ve \u00f6zel \u00f6nlemeyi sa\u011flamak, bu maksatla h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcn\u00fcn yeniden su\u00e7 i\u015flemesini engelleyici etkenleri g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek, toplumu su\u00e7a kar\u015f\u0131 korumak, h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcn\u00fcn; yeniden sosyalle\u015fmesini te\u015fvik etmek, \u00fcretken ve kanunlara, nizamlara ve toplumsal kurallara sayg\u0131l\u0131, sorumluluk ta\u015f\u0131yan bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imine uyumunu kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmakt\u0131r. \u0130nfaz\u0131n ko\u015fulu Madde &hellip;"}
